Capt. Bartlett Jumper- Grey

Robert Abram Bartlett was one of the most renowned Arctic Navigators of his time. Between 1898 &1946 he led 40 expeditions to the Arctic.

From 1925-1945, at the command of his own schooner, Effie M. Morrissey, led many important scientific expeditions. He also also helped to survey the Arctic for the United States Government

We can only imagine that WOOL was one of his closest friends,
and designed this pullover in his honor.
